Cette recette est vraiment ultra simple à faire chez soi. La pâte est prête en deux minutes et la cuisson prend très peu de temps. En moins de 10 minutes, le tout sera prêt. Il faudra bien faire frire pour que les beignets soient très croustillants. Pour un apéritif haut en couleurs et surtout savoureux !!
Voici les fleurs de courgettes. Vérifiez bien qu’elles soient vides de toutes petites bébêtes !
Dans un récipient, versez la farine, l’œuf, du sel et du poivre, ainsi que la levure chimique.
Versez la bière. J’ai pris ici une bière un peu corsée. C’était une Duvel.
Mélangez du bout des doigts jusqu’à ce plus avoir de grumeaux et c’est terminé !
Plongez les fleurs dans la pâte qui est assez liquide.
Faites chauffer une poêle avec 3 centimètres d’huile. Quand elle est bien chaude (180°C), enlevez l’excédent de pâte des fleurs puis plongez-les dans l’huile.
Laissez-les bien se colorer avant des les retourner pour cuire de tous les côtés.
Je les laisse bien dorer pour qu’elle soient très croustillantes et qu’elle le restent assez longtemps. Versez un peu de sel et poivre du moulin et servez sans attendre !
