  • Despeje 3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva em uma panela grande. Aqueça em fogo moderado e, em seguida, adicione a cebola, as chalotas e os dentes de alho, todos descascados e cortados em pedaços.
  • Descasque e pique um pedaço de gengibre e adicione-o à panela.
  • Deixe dourar bem. Enquanto isso, enxágue as lentilhas coral em uma peneira sob um fio de água fria. Adicione-os à frigideira.
  • Despeje o litro e meio de água e os 400 g de tomates inteiros em lata (com suco).
  • Cozinhe por 15 minutos em fogo moderado a partir da fervura.
  • Acrescente os temperos: cominho, curry amarelo em pó e pimentão. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Despeje o leite de coco. Bata com um liquidificador de imersão.
  • Você pode acrescentar coentro fresco, lavado e picado grosseiramente. Você pode remixar um pouco.
  • Sirva a sopa bem quente. Se você reaquecê-lo no dia seguinte, adicione um pouco de água para espalhá-lo novamente.

Risotto com trufas negras

Um prato de luxo para um jantar excepcional. Tive o privilégio de receber duas belas trufas negras do Périgord, cortesia dos meus amigos Maryse e Olivier, proprietários do Café Louise em Périgueux. Maryse é uma excelente cozinheira e recomendo vivamente que vá e prove os seus pratos! Ela explicou-me como fazer o famoso risoto de trufas negras. Sou completamente louco por isso. Por isso, aqui está a receita para este prato explosivo! Basta preparar a manteiga de trufa (que congelo para a ter durante todo o ano) e o stock para o risoto pelo menos no dia anterior.
