Cookies aux noix de pécan

Je sais que c’est déjà Noël, mais je voulais vous donner ma recette très simple de ces cookies ultra moelleux aux noix de pécan. J’ai déjà plusieurs cookies sur mon blog de cuisine, mais j’ai récemment goûté ceux-ci aux noix de pécan chez Marks&Spencers (source inépuisable d’idées). Ils sont très grands, très moelleux et totalement délicieux. Hop en cuisine, et je vous ai refait une recette. Je vous souhaite un très joyeux Noël et vous retrouve la semaine prochaine avec de nouvelles recettes…

Placez le beurre demi-sel, le sucre, le sel, la vergeoise blonde et la vanille liquide dans un récipient.
Mélangez bien pour obtenir une crème. Ajoutez l’œuf et le sirop d’érable. Mélangez de nouveau.
Versez la farine et le bicarbonate de sodium. Mélangez pour obtenir une pâte homogène.
Coupez les noix de pécan en gros morceaux.
Versez-les dans la pâte.
Mélangez bien pour les répartir de façon homogène.
Faites de belles boulettes de 65g. Cela donnera de très grands cookies décadents. Posez-les sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Faites-les cuire 10 à 12 minutes à 170°C. Ils doivent être légèrement dorés sur leur pourtour. Il ne faut surtout pas trop les cuire. Ils doivent être très clairs en surface, c’est de cette façon qu’ils resteront ultra tendres.
Conservez-les dans des sacs de congélation au frais ou dans une boite hermétique.
