Bouillon de légumes : 

Pour la soupe :

  • Préparez tout d’abord le bouillon de légumes. Pour cela, préférez des légumes bio. Mettez-les avec le sel, les grains de poivres et les baies de genièvre dans un 1,2 litre d’eau et portez à ébullition. Laissez cuire 30-45 minutes.
  • Coupez les champignons et les pommes de terre en morceaux. 
  • Épluchez et coupez finement l’oignon. Mettez dans une casserole, 3 cuillerées à soupe d’huile et l’oignon sur feu modéré. 
  • Laissez cuire 3-4 minutes et ajoutez les champignons.
  • Mélangez bien et versez la farine.
  • Mélangez de nouveau pour bien la répartir puis versez le bouillon en le filtrant (surtout pour les grains de poivres et les baies). 
  • Ajoutez les pommes de terre. 
  • Laissez maintenant cuire 20 minutes jusqu’à ce que les pommes de terre soient tendres. 
  • Ajoutez alors le carvi.
  • Versez la crème aigre et la crème liquide.
  • Le beurre, l’aneth et le vinaigre.
  • Hop la soupe est prête !
  • Vous pouvez ajouter un œuf poché par personne (la méthode à suicre est ICI)
  • Servez un bol de soupe par personne et posez délicatement un œuf poché. Coupez le jaune avec une lame de couteau et servez sans attendre avec du pain !
