Attention, très très bon et très très facile à faire !! En moins de 10 minutes, tout est fait et presque prêt à manger. Pourquoi presque? Car je préfère placer au frais pour les raffermir un peu. Ces petites boules au chocolat et à l’avoine viennent de Suède et ne nécessitent pas de cuisson. Alors oui c’est riche, et juste une petite boulette vous suffira pour le goûter, mais au moins vous ferez le plein d’énergie rapidement ! C’est totalement décadent, délicieux, addictif et régressif. Miam !!

  • Placez le beurre, le sucre, le cacao et le café dans un récipient. 
  • Versez les flocons d’avoine.
  • Mélangez bien pour avoir une pâte homogène. Versez la vanille liquide et l’eau. Mélangez de nouveau.
  • Faites de boulettes de 30 à 40g (j’ai fait 40 pour toutes) et posez-les dans la coco.
  • Roulez de nouveau.
  • Faites de même pour toute la pâte. C’est tout ! Conservez-les au frais dans un boite hermétique. Quand vous voulez les manger, sortez-les au moins 15 minutes avant du réfrigérateur.
