Bonjour Bernard, vraiment délicieuses ces gaufres, moelleuses et croustillantes sans levure! J’ai cependant dû allonger du double au moins le lait pour avoir une consistance de soupe sinon c’était très dense (mais bon) et avec un oeuf en plus! Les quantités sont exactes ou cela vient d’une fécule plus absorbante? Encore merci, les gaufres les plus rapides!
