Salade de pommes de terre de primeur au chèvre, grenade, menthe et citron
Une salade pleine de couleur et de promesse de belles journées estivales ! Elle sera parfaite pour un buffet ou pour un pique-nique. La fraîcheur des pommes de terre de primeur, leur chair délicate et son petit goût de noisette est simplement merveilleuse. Faites cuire les pommes de terre primeur à la vapeur pendant une vingtaine de minutes. Tout dépend de leur taille, il faudra donc vérifier l’état de leur cuisson en y plantant une fourchette, elle doit y rentrer sans difficulté. Laissez-les tiédir puis coupez-les deux et mettez-les dans un saladier.
Mélangez les éléments de sauce et versez-la dans le saladier.
Ôtez les graines de la demi-grenade. Coupez le fromage de chèvre en petits morceaux. Versez le tout au fur et à mesure dans le saladier.
Ciselez finement quelques feuilles de menthe, ajoutez les avec les graines de courge, et le zeste du citron. Salez et poivre à votre goût.
