Acabo de regresar de otra breve estancia en Italia. Siempre lo disfruto. He comido una lasaña realmente deliciosa y quería compartir mi versión con vosotros. Lleva un poco de tiempo, porque lo hago el día anterior, con una larga cocción del guiso de boloñesa. Pero el resultado merece la pena. Lo hice todo desde cero, incluso la pasta, que es muy fácil de hacer con un laminador, pero por supuesto se puede poner lasaña ya hecha. El resultado es extremadamente sabroso y cremoso, con un poco de queso en su interior. ¡Ya había propuesto el verdadero guiso boloñés, que aquí modifico un poco para ceñirme a la idea de lasaña que tenía en mente!
