Broccolinis grillés, sauce tahiné au piment d'Espelette
Comment résister à ces beaux légumes verts, grillés au four avec de l'huile d'olive et servis avec une sauce bien crémeuse et savoureuse au piment d'Espelette? Ce n'est pas mon intention et bien au contraire, je souhaite vous faire découvrir, pour ceux qui ne les connaissent pas encore, le broccolini, un cousin du brocolis ! Un délice absolu !
Voici les fameux broccolinis, plus fins et plus longs que le brocoli, mais aussi avec une inflorescence moins développée.
Lavez-les et mettez dans un plat allant au four. Salez, poivrez et arrosez quand même généreusement d’huile d’olive. Comme je dis en cours, laissez la Maïté en vous s’exprimer, mais dans la limite du raisonnable ! Mettez à cuire 20-25 minutes au four préchauffé à 210°C en chaleur tournante.
Pour la sauce, il suffit de mélanger tous les ingrédients.
La sauce devient bien onctueuse.
Les broccolinis sont cuits et encore légèrement craquants !
Servez-les avec soit la sauce à côté ou alors comme je l’ai plus bas, arrosés avec la sauce crémeuse. Pour cela, je l’ai mise en poche munie d’une douille fine. Un délice !
