Me encantan las hamburguesas, pero soy muy exigente. Ir a un restaurante de comida rápida está descartado para mí. Una buena hamburguesería, sí, ¡pero sigo prefiriéndolas en casa! Había escrito una receta de bollos en mi libro "Mon grain de sel", Flammarion 2015 y una versión totalmente vegana en "Végéterrien", Flammarion 2017. Esta vez propongo una versión muy suave que se puede comer como una hamburguesa o simplemente para el desayuno, con la adición de chispas de chocolate. Si se presionan los bollos, son tan suaves que vuelven a tomar forma como si nada hubiera pasado.
