Le froid étant arrivé plus vite que prévu, j’ai eu très envie de faire des petits sablés à l’esprit de Noël. Vous pourrez bien entendu les réaliser dans la forme souhaitée. Ils sont croquants et friables à souhait. Ils se conserveront très bien en boite hermétique. On trouve aujourd’hui très facilement des rouleaux qui impriment la pâte dans des motifs très mignons ou amusants. Un vrai délice très réconfortant quand il fait froid dehors !
Versez les sucres, le beurre demi-sel, et les noix dans un récipient ou la cuve d’un robot.
Versez également la cannelle en poudre. Vous pouvez ajouter l’intérieur d’une gousse de vanille.
Mélangez jusqu’à avoir une sorte de crème.
Versez alors la farine puis mélangez jusqu’à avoir une pâte homogène.
Étalez la pâte directement sur un papier sulfurisé. Je n’ai pas de repos au frais.
Étalez votre pâte sur 4mm au rouleau classique. Puis si vous avez un rouleau à motif, farinez le dessus de la pâte puis passez le rouleau pour imprimer la pâte.
Coupez la pâte à l’emporte-pièce.
Faites cuire à 170°C pendant 15 à 20 minutes, suivant la l’épaisseur de vos sablés.
Laissez tiédir puis stockez en boite hermétique. À croquer pour le goûter !
