Voici une recette vite réalisée ! Je l’ai faite lors d’un facebook live lors du confinement avec ce que j’avais sous la main. Le résultat est un délice grâce aux cacahuètes, à la coriandre et au poulet moelleux. Il faut simplement penser à cuire le riz la veille et le laisser reposer au frais une nuit pour qu’il se décolle bien. Vous pouvez bien spur adapter avec ce que vous avez sous la main !
Mettez 4 bonnes cuillerées à soupe d »huile (de tournesol ou de colza pour la cuisson) dans le wok (ou la pôele), ajoutez l’oignon, la carotte, les edamame (ou petits pois), l’ail écrasé au presse ail et râpez le gingembre.
Mettez à chauffer sur feu fort en remuant régulièrement.
Coupez le blanc de poulet en lamelles.
Quand l’oignon devient translucide, ajoutez le poulet.
Mélangez !
Quand le poulet est saisi, cassez les œufs dans un coin du wok (ici un seul, mais mettez-en bien 2).
Cassez-le dans le wok (ou la poêle).
Laissez-les cuire puis découpez-les en morceaux.
Mélangez avec le reste.
Ajoutez le riz cuit, salez et poivrez à votre goût, mettez une cuillerée à café de sucre et du nuoc mam (3/4 de cuillerée à soupe).
Mélangez bien puis ajoutez de la coriandre hachée, 3 ciboules hachées, des oignons frits (une poignée) et les cacahuètes.
