Au cœur de l’été, je rêve d’un bon sorbet aux fruits de saison. Bon, je vous avoue en hiver aussi !! Je vous propose cette recette toute simple, car en ce moment je suis sur l’écriture de mon prochain livre, le 5ème déjà !! Donc je prends un peu de temps pour moi et le mois de septembre verra plus de nouvelles recettes. Je suis donc bien là et loin d’abandonner mon blog qui fêtera bientôt ses 10 ans !! Juste besoin d’un peu de temps pour me plonger dans mon nouvel ouvrage. En attendant, profitez bien de cette glace. Les ateliers sont déjà prévus jusqu’au 6 octobre. Le programme est par LÀ !
Prenez pour votre sorbet, de belles pêches bien mûres et juteuses.
Épluchez-les et pesez-en la quantité nécessaire. Versez la chair dans un blender avec le jus de citron et le sirop de canne à sucre.
Mettez en route pour avoir une fine purée.
Versez dans votre turbine à glace ou sorbetière. Mettez en route pour 35-40 minutes. Tout dépend du modèle que vous avez.
Le sorbet va prendre doucement.
Jusqu’à devenir irrésistible.
Versez alors en pot et placez au congélateur pour au moins 3 heures. Dégustez le sorbet avec par exemple de belles tuiles aux amandes ! Ma recette est ICI !
