Quand je suis tombé sur ces moules aux États-Unis, j’ai tout de suite su ce que j’allais en faire car ils sont très photogéniques. Et je sais aussi que vous allez me demander où les acheter, mais je n’ai pas la moindre idée, car c’était un déstockage et il n’y avait pas de marque ! Mais pas de panique, on peut faire cette recette dans des moules classiques, ou même sans moule du tout, en faisant des cookies ronds ! Il y a dedans un peu de sirop d’érable et d’épices, ce qui donnera des gâteaux à l’esprit de Noël… Je m’en suis régalé !
Mettez la vergeoise, le sirop d’érable et le sucre blanc dans un récipient.
Ajoutez l’œuf et la vanille.
Mélangez puis ajoutez le beurre fondu.
N’oubliez pas les épices.
Versez la farine et mélangez bien.
Terminez avec les noix de pécan et le chocolat.
Pour cette recette, vous pouvez faire des cookies classiques de la taille voulue. J’ai ici utilisé des moules assez sympathiques que j’ai achetés aux États-Unis. Je serais bien incapable de vous en donner la marque, car ils étaient en solde à un prix défiant toute concurrence.
Faites chauffer le four à 160°C et faite cuire juste assez pour que la surface se saisisse. Le bord doit légèrement dorer et c’est tout. Donc pour le temps de cuisson, cela peut être 12 minutes pout un cookie classique à 25 minutes si vous mettez toute la pâte dans un moule à gâteau.
