Envie d’une recette simple et rapide à préparer, de surcroit naturellement sans gluten? Je vous propose mon amandier au chocolat, un gâteau riche certes, mais délicieux pour le goûter accompagné d’un café ! Je mets ici du chocolat en poudre et non du chocolat en tablettes. Ne me demandez pas pourquoi, j’ai simplement fait un peu comme je le sentais, comme pour tous mes gâteaux !! ???? Celui-ci est prêt à passer au four en 5 minutes. Il sera meilleure le lendemain dégusté à température ambiante. J’ai déjà proposé beaucoup de gâteaux au chocolat, mais celui-ci se distingue vraiment grâce à sa texture et sa richesse en amande !
Faites fondre le beurre demi-sel et mélangez-le avec le sucre.
Ajoutez la poudre d’amande, la vanille liquide.
Et les 100g d’œuf. En gros cela fait 2 œufs moyens. Versez aussi le chocolat en poudre. Ceci n’est pas du cacao, mais bien du chocolat en poudre pour faire le chocolat chaud (qu’on mélange avec du lait). Prenez tout de même une bonne marque !
Mélangez à la cuillère pour avoir une pâte homogène.
Placez un fond de papier sulfurisé dans le moule, et graissez celui-ci sur le bord intérieur pour faciliter son démoulage ultérieur.
Versez la pâte.
Faites cuire 35 minutes à 150°C.
Démoulez-le et laissez-le refroidir.
Découpez-le en fines parts car il est quand même riche ! Mais délicieux…
