خلال الإجازة التي أخذتها مؤخرًا بعد انتهاء كتابة كتابي التالي (إصدار مارس 2020) ، كان هناك بودنغ الخبز على الإفطار. أدركت بعد ذلك أنه ليس لدي هذه الوصفة في مدونة الطبخ الخاصة بي حتى الآن! لهذا السبب أضع البريوش المضفر ، حتى أتمكن بعد ذلك من صنع بودنغ الخبز هذا. لأنني أفضلها دائمًا على البريوش على الخبز. إنه مضحك للغاية ، لأنه بصريًا خاص جدًا ، يبدو أنه جاف. عندما تكون في الفم فهي متعة حقيقية: فائق النعومة وخفيف الملمس. يمتص البريوش السائل ثم يذوب بشدة. كن حذرا لان الادمان جدا !!
