  • وزن 10% من وزن الكوسة بالطحينة والقشطة. يُسكب الملح والفلفل قليلًا من زيت الزيتون (ملعقة كبيرة) ويُضاف إليه أوراق عشرة أغصان من النعناع.
  • سيكون كثيرًا، لكنه سيكون طازجًا ولذيذًا!
  • امزجي للحصول على كريمة متجانسة وليست ناعمة جدًا.
  • بالنسبة للكوسا الأخيرة، قم بتقطيعها إلى شرائح رفيعة بالطول، ويفضل استخدام المندولين.
