  • صب 3 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت الزيتون في قدر كبيرة. سخني الخليط على نار متوسطة ثم أضيفي البصل والكراث وفصوص الثوم المقشرة والمقطعة إلى قطع صغيرة.
  • قشر قطعة من الزنجبيل، قطعها إلى قطع وأضفها إلى المقلاة.
  • دع كل شيء بني جيدًا. في هذه الأثناء، اشطف العدس المرجاني تحت الماء البارد الجاري في منخل. أضفهم إلى المقلاة.
  • يُسكب مباشرة لتر ونصف من الماء و400 جرام من الطماطم المعلبة الكاملة (مع العصير).
  • يُطهى لمدة 15 دقيقة على نار خفيفة من الغليان.
  • أضيفي البهارات: الكمون، ومسحوق الكاري الأصفر، والفلفل الحار. أضف الملح والفلفل. صب حليب جوز الهند. امزج كل شيء باستخدام خلاط الغمر.
  • لا تترددي في إضافة الكزبرة الطازجة المغسولة والمفرومة خشناً. يمكنك ريميكس قليلا.
