j'ai utilisé cette recette comme base pour faire des Travers de Porc façon King Do.
J'y ai ajouté du miel, du ketchup du vinaigre de riz blanc pour avoir cette saveur aigre douce.
Pour épicer, vous pouvez mettre du piment rouge haché ou coupé en petit morceaux.
Après l'heure et demi de cuisson des travers je les ai sortis pour les enfariner et les faire frire.
Pendant que les travers en "Beignet" s'égouttent de leur huile de friture, j'ai caramélisé la sauce de cuisson qui restait pour y incorporer les travers. Servir tout de suite avec un peu de coriandre et un tour de moulin de poivre.
En accompagnement du riz blanc et des légumes sautée avec de l'ail, sauce d'huitre, sauce soja et un peu de sucre, servi avec quelque goutte d'huile de sésame.
