Je viens de tester cette recette et c’était un vrai délice ! L’équilibre entre la douceur des fraises, la subtilité de la crème basilic et le chocolat blanc est parfait. La chantilly mascarpone au citron vert ajoute une touche de fraîcheur incroyable. Les étapes sont bien expliquées, ce qui rend la réalisation assez simple même pour un amateur comme moi. Mes invités ont été ravis et impressionnés par ces tartelettes. Merci pour cette recette fabuleuse, Bernard !

Testé ce weekend, sous forme de tarte. Très bon, mais pour moi la crème basilic est trop sucrée et un peu trop présente. Dans la forme tarte il est à mon avis inutile d’utiliser la poche à douille pour cette crème. Par contre pour la chantilly qui tout compte fait n’est pas de trop (contrairement à mon précédent commentaire non publié car critique j’imagine) elle est interessante à « pochàdouiller ». Le biscuit breton est très bin aussi.
