Merci Bernard pour cette super recette. Je l’ai réalisée pour l’anniversaire de mon mari en complément d’un gâteau qui venait de chez le pâtissier. Les convives ont préféré la tarte truffée chocolat. C’est vrai qu’elle était parfaite.
La pâte bien croustillante avec les petits morceaux de grué qui contraste avec le moelleux de la crème, un délicat goût de café. J’ai utilisé du chocolat à 66%, la tarte n’était pas trop sucrée et je l’a testé à température ambiante et réfrigérée, elle est bien meilleure à température ambiante comme une belle truffe qui dégage tous ces parfums. Et la pâte crue était déjà très bonne à manger comme cela, j’ai eu du mal à m’arrêter. J’attends maintenant avec impatience une autre recette pour utiliser l’autre moitié de pâte qui reste.
