J’ai coupé la peau des pommes aux ciseaux juste avant de couper les parts, sinon cela s’écrase un peu. Pas fan de chocolat avec les pommes, j’ai juste réalisé une crème d’amandes. Bonne alternative à la galette des rois!

Bonjour Xavier !! J'ai pris l'outil coupe plus fin, cela change déjà pas mal. De plus oui les pommes sont sans doute la raison, car les miennes étaient vraiment parfaites. J'ai pris des pink lady.
