À peine une vraie recette, mais plutôt une idée d’association pour manger les piquillos grillés qui resteront après les tartelettes aux fraises des bois! Une entrée préparée en 2 minutes top chrono avec ce qu’il y a dans le placard… En supposant que l’on ait des piquillos dedans…! Une drôle d’entrée rigolote pour les enfants qui ne manqueront pas de vouloir dévorer ces chapeaux de lutin!
 
 
Merci à Chloé, qui m’a fait découvrir le mélange de Saint Môret et de thon… Moi qui ne suis pas fan de thon en boite, cette association est délicieuse…! Et beaucoup moins grasse et écoeurante que thon/mayonnaise…! 

Recette des piquillos farcis au thon :

 
-10 à 12 piquillos grillés
-250g de thon en boite au naturel
-225g de Saint Môret (classique ou allégé!)
-sel, poivre
-basilic pour la couleur

Instructions : 

Voici pour commencer les piquillos, c’est une variété de poivrons et on les trouve déjà grillés en boite. (G.Detou!).

 

 

Mettre le thon en boite et le Saint Môret dans un récipient….
Écraser le tout à la fourchette et ajouter le sel et le poivre. 

 

Après cet effort, si il reste encore assez d’energie, farcir les piquillos à la cuiller. 

 

Et les mettre au frais si l’on ne les déguste pas tout de suite! 

 

Les servir tels quels ou alors une feuille de basilic pour la couleur!
