J’ai fait hier le shortbread au caramel et aux noix de pécan, mais celui du livre, où l’on coupe des parts une fois la préparation refroidie. C’est absolument délicieux, mais le shortbread en se coupant s’est beaucoup cassé et émietté. Je me demandais si tu avais une astuce pour que le sablé ne se casse pas à la découpe, sachant que l’on doit le couper froid.
