L'association était très réussie, originale et appréciée par tous. À noter une qualité supplémentaire à mes yeux : nous l'avons terminée le lendemain et l'avons trouvée encore meilleure. Je la refais donc aujourd'hui pour une nouvelle occasion en n'hésitant pas à l'assaisonner la veille. Très pratique ! J'ai adoré cette salade (je suis fan du couscous géant depuis un passage au UK). Pour info ce qu'on peut trouver en France de plus proche de l'ingrédient original est la fregola sarda qui est "torréfiée" comme le couscous israelien.Mais on la trouve pas non plus super facilement. Mention spéciale pour l'assaisonnement que j'ai trouvé très délicat. A refaire!
