Salade de Chou Kale aux Amandes, Pommes et Canneberges
Première recette sur mon blog où j’utilise ce chou qui revient sur le devant de la scène. Il est en effet très étonnant et surtout très nourrissant, ses feuilles denses. Cela fait plusieurs années que tout le monde en parle et vous le trouverez aujourd’hui dans presque tous les supermarchés bio. Je vous propose pour commencer cette salade délicieuse, sucrée-salée, avec des amandes, des canneberges et des morceaux de pomme. Peu d’ingrédients à peu de frais pour cette salade riche en goût et en couleur !
Voici le fameux chou kale. Les feuilles sont denses et très nourrissantes. C’est pour cette raison que 250 à 300g pour 4 personnes, sont à mon sens très suffisants.
Lavez et essorez les feuilles.
Préparez la sauce directement dans le saladier. Versez tous les ingrédients et mélangez bien.
Ajoutez la demi-échalote finement hachée et la demi-gousse d’ail écrasée.
Coupez les amandes en morceaux ou en tranches et coupez en deux les canneberges séchées.
J’enlève ici uniquement la base de branche qui est un peu dure (la partie sans feuille qui n’est pas sur la photo). Coupez ensuite les feuilles en morceaux.
Placez-les dans le saladier sur la sauce, ajoutez les amandes et les canneberges.
Prenez une demi-pomme et coupez-la en deux quartiers, puis en fines tranches.
Direction le saladier !
Il ne vous reste plus qu’à bien mélanger et à partager au soleil !
