Vous le savez sans doute maintenant, je suis un fou de tout ce qui craque! Je vous propose aujourd’hui ma recette de craquants aux amandes et au café. On dirait des macarons ratés ou des cookies, mais non, ils sont creux et terriblement croustillants avec de gros morceaux d’amandes grillées. En plus ils sont tellement simples à faire… En deux minutes la pâte est prête et ils seront parfaits pour l’heure du café ou pour accompagner un sorbet ou une crème glacée.
Mettre les amandes dans un mixeur et les broyer assez grossièrement.
Les placer dans un grand bol et ajouter le sucre glace, l’extrait de café liquide et les 35g de blanc d’oeuf (le blanc d’un gros oeuf!).
Bien mélanger: c’est prêt!
Sur une plaque à pâtisserie garnie de papier sulfurisé, placer 6 tats formés avec une cuiller à café.
Mettre au four préchauffé à 180°C et les cuire 12 à 15 minutes. Ils doivent gonfler, craquer et ne plus bouger! On dirait des cookies, mais ils sont creux et très croustillants!
Déguster avec une glace ou tels quels avec un café!
