Voici une nouvelle recette de dessert brésilien ! J’avais mis dans me premier livre « mes desserts » ma recette du bolo de fubá, un incroyable gâteau à la farine de maïs et au… parmesan !! Très surprenant quand on prépare la pâte, mais impossible à détecter quand on déguste le gâteau une fois cuit. Le fromage apporte une petite touche salée, mais dont le goût se mêle harmonieusement aux autres ingrédients. Celui du livre, est la version du gâteau plus classique, un peu comme un cake, plus sec que celui-ci. Aujourd’hui, je vous propose le « bolo de fubá cremoso« , littéralement gâteau crémeux à la farine de maïs ! Alors oui, on dirait vraiment un millasson (la recette est ICI) car il se sépare en près de 3 couches. Le parmesan est aussi dans la composition et il donne une touche assez incroyable. Je remercie chaleureusement ma belle sœur brésilienne Virginia, qui a accepté de partager avec nous son délicieux dessert !
Voici la farine de maïs. Ce n’est pas la même chose que la préparation à polenta qui est plutôt une semoule de maïs. Vous trouverez cette farine dans toutes les boutiques bio ! Vous n’êtes bien sûr pas obligés de prendre de la farine bio, mais elle se trouve toujours dans ces boutiques.
Dans un blender, cassez les œufs, versez le lait, le sucre et la farine.
La farine de maïs.
Ajoutez le beurre.
Le parmesan râpé et la levure chimique. C’est tout !! En gros vous mettez tout dans le blender.
Mettez le blender en route pour 3 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, beurrez les moules (ou le moule).
Versez la préparation.
Enfournez et laissez cuire 1h10 à 170°C.
Laissez tiédir 30 minutes avant de démouler (en renversant sur une assiette et en le remettant sur une autre) et servez sans attendre.
Personne ne pourra deviner qu’il y a du fromage dedans !!
