Eu adoro <em>pajeon<\/em> e <em>bindae-tteok<\/em>, duas panquecas coreanas. A primeira \u00e9 feita com farinha e a segunda com feij\u00e3o amarelo, uma receita que vos dei h\u00e1 algum tempo<a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2013\/04\/les-crepes-coreennes-aux-haricots-mungo.html\">(ver AQUI<\/a>). Pensei que tamb\u00e9m poderia funcionar com as lentilhas de coral. Este \u00e9 o caso e o resultado \u00e9 delicioso. Com apenas acelgas e cebolas, o resultado \u00e9 uma panqueca crocante mas fofa, naturalmente vegana e sem gl\u00faten, mas acima de tudo simples de fazer com ingredientes prontamente dispon\u00edveis.
