Tinha visto esta receita num restaurante de fus\u00e3o nos EUA h\u00e1 alguns anos atr\u00e1s, por isso quis voltar a faz\u00ea-la aqui \u00e0 minha maneira. Esta receita n\u00e3o \u00e9 de pedra, s\u00f3 se pode fazer a parte do atum, ou a parte do caranguejo e substituir o bolo de arroz frito pegajoso por um arroz mais cl\u00e1ssico simples ou vinagre.
