H\u00e1 v\u00e1rios em Paris. E na loja, havia estes pequenos macaroons macios dos Bar\u00f5es com mel. Uma pequena bomba que adorei de imediato. Voltei para comprar alguns e l\u00e1: o drama! Eles j\u00e1 n\u00e3o os vendem&#8230; Assim montei uma loja na cozinha para os clonar e&nbsp;crack&nbsp;a sua receita secreta&nbsp;. N\u00e3o foi muito dif\u00edcil. As vantagens desta receita? \u00c9 simples e r\u00e1pido de preparar: n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio saco de tubagem ou macarooning. Existe um&nbsp;multid\u00e3o&nbsp;de macaroons. Basicamente, assim que h\u00e1 am\u00eandoas, a\u00e7\u00facar e clara de ovo, \u00e9 um macaroon. Al\u00e9m disso, a massa \u00e9 colocada num molde. Em 20 minutos estar\u00e3o prontos e ser\u00e3o perfeitos para caf\u00e9, ch\u00e1 ou com gelado. O resultado? Crocante por fora e macia por dentro.
