Fiquei surpreendido por&nbsp;descobrir&nbsp;uma camada de cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, o caramelo flu\u00eddo&nbsp;substituindo&nbsp;o tradicional&nbsp;&nbsp; caramelo&nbsp;camada crocante. E \u00e9 realmente bom! Assim, encontrei-me na minha cozinha para partilhar convosco esta receita que estou a preparar aqui.
