Aqui sugiro dois m\u00e9todos, um com leite inteiro fresco e a\u00e7\u00facar e o outro com leite condensado ado\u00e7ado. N\u00e3o sugiro a vers\u00e3o em que o leite condensado \u00e9 cozinhado em banho-maria. Este doce de leite encontra-se em todo o mundo, mas especialmente na Argentina desde o s\u00e9culo XVII, onde \u00e9 chamado dulce de leche (pronunciado doultch\u00e9 d\u00e9 l\u00e9tch\u00e9). Este \u00e9 usado em todo o lado: em panquecas, waffles, em p\u00e3o para o pequeno-almo\u00e7o (bem, n\u00e3o \u00e9 leve, leve&#8230;!) e \u00e9 normalmente comido com uma colher&#8230; \u00c9 muito simples de fazer e mant\u00e9m-se bem em frascos de doce. Peguem nas vossas colheres de madeira, nas vossas panelas e frigideiras e cozinhem!<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Para a receita de dulce de leche, prefiro o sabor do m\u00e9todo 2 ao leite inteiro fresco, onde se pode realmente sentir o leite dentro dele. Para o primeiro m\u00e9todo, o resultado visual \u00e9 ainda&nbsp;mais&nbsp;perfeito, mas o sabor \u00e9 demasiado pr\u00f3ximo do leite condensado adocicado a partir do qual \u00e9 feito. Acrescento tamb\u00e9m uma lata de leite condensado n\u00e3o ado\u00e7ado para obter um sabor de leite mais forte. Este famoso m\u00e9todo de cozinhar uma lata de leite condensado adocicado tamb\u00e9m se encontra em toda a parte. Funciona muito bem, mas demora mais de duas horas e o sabor \u00e9 realmente totalmente o de leite condensado adocicado. Mas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 muito bom.
