Tinha&nbsp;precisamente&nbsp;em mente o que eu queria que o resultado estivesse na minha boca. Uma fina folha de chocolate crocante, uma nata batida cremosa, um p\u00e3o-de-l\u00f3&nbsp;generosamente encharcado em calda kirsch, cerejas &#8220;amarena&#8221; e uma nata batida de chocolate. O resultado \u00e9 uma sobremesa maravilhosa, muito fresca e leve, apesar de ser bastante rica. Estou a dar-vos todos os detalhes para este bolo, por isso h\u00e1 muitas explica\u00e7\u00f5es e fotografias, mas na realidade \u00e9 muito simples de fazer. \u00c9 melhor ler os passos-chave uma ou duas vezes e depois saltar de cabe\u00e7a primeiro. At\u00e9 a folha de chocolate \u00e0 volta da Floresta Negra \u00e9 uma brincadeira de crian\u00e7as! Por exemplo, se utilizar um c\u00edrculo final de 12cm, corte o p\u00e3o-de-l\u00f3&nbsp;&nbsp; com um c\u00edrculo de 11cm. Se s\u00f3 tem um c\u00edrculo, ent\u00e3o s\u00f3 precisa de planear o p\u00e3o-de-l\u00f3&nbsp;para caber!
