Lalla Myriam n\u00e3o podia imaginar deixar-me ir sem me fazer &#8220;baghrirs&#8221; ou &#8220;mil buracos&#8221; panquecas&#8230;! Estas panquecas s\u00e3o todas leves e arejadas. Desta forma, absorvem ainda melhor o mel e a manteiga derretida. Uma verdadeira tortura, especialmente quando s\u00e3o aquecidos num prato de tagine, alguns minutos no fogo, o tempo para deixar o mel e a manteiga caramelizar juntos. Os baghrirs s\u00e3o ent\u00e3o todos macios e cheios de do\u00e7ura! Mas tamb\u00e9m podem ser comidos com o que quiserem: compota, por exemplo. Adoro estas panquecas e fa\u00e7o-as sempre, pois demoram muito pouco tempo a preparar e cozinhar, s\u00e3o bastante econ\u00f3micas e est\u00e3o finalmente equilibradas se n\u00e3o se lhes colocar manteiga e mel. Como-o em vez de p\u00e3o para o pequeno-almo\u00e7o. Obviamente, em Marrocos, as mulheres preparam baghrirs com medidas e por vezes n\u00e3o conseguem os milhares de pequenos buracos. Se a massa n\u00e3o borbulha muito, n\u00e3o \u00e9 muito m\u00e1!
