Porqu\u00ea? &nbsp;Em primeiro lugar, porque \u00e9&nbsp;extremamente simples e r\u00e1pido de fazer. Em segundo lugar, porque \u00e9 maravilhosamente delicioso. Uma fina renda oca de a\u00e7\u00facar caramelizado com avel\u00e3s picadas e torradas. Finalmente, porque me deu trabalho! Fiz mais de 10 tentativas para conseguir estas bolachas. Tive de encontrar as propor\u00e7\u00f5es certas e a cozedura certa para alcan\u00e7ar o resultado que tinha em mente. &nbsp;\u00c9 muito semelhante&nbsp;ao famoso &#8220;croquant de Cordes sur Ciel&#8221; em termos de ingredientes, sendo ao mesmo tempo muito diferente. Por isso, dou-vos esta receita que, para mim, \u00e9 perfeita.
