J\u00e1 usei frequentemente papel vegetal com feij\u00e3o seco, mas descobri outra f\u00f3rmula que \u00e9 muito mais interessante e n\u00e3o danifica a massa! Basta forrar o fundo da massa com pel\u00edcula aderente&nbsp;, depois encher com farinha e fechar como um saco. A base da massa \u00e9 ent\u00e3o preenchida com esta &#8220;camada&#8221;! O filme estir\u00e1vel \u00e9 \u00e0 prova de forno e a farinha incha (mesmo quando seca) com o calor e, portanto, pressiona a massa contra as bordas do molde utilizado! Todas as vantagens!
