Em Fran\u00e7a, \u00e9 verdade que provavelmente seremos mais tentados a com\u00ea-lo sem restri\u00e7\u00f5es como aperitivo com o famoso cocktail brasileiro, o ca\u00efpirinha!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n&nbsp;O P\u00e3o de queijo \u00e9 tradicionalmente feito com ingredientes dif\u00edceis de encontrar em Fran\u00e7a, como o &#8220;polvilho doce&#8221;, que \u00e9 um amido&nbsp;feito de mandioca&nbsp;e queijo &#8220;meia cura&#8221; (de m\u00e9dia cura)&nbsp;mas sem problemas para os fazer!  <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nVoltei do Brasil com um queijo &#8220;meia cura&#8221; e fiz os meus &#8220;p\u00e3es de queijo&#8221; da forma mais aut\u00eantica! E em Fran\u00e7a pode substitui-lo por meio parmes\u00e3o fresco ralado e meio gruyere ralado e picado! O resultado ser\u00e1 quase id\u00eantico!  <\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nNos supermercados asi\u00e1ticos pode encontrar farinha de tapioca, que na realidade \u00e9 f\u00e9cula de tapioca, sendo a tapioca mandioca. Portanto, \u00e9 um nome diferente para o que \u00e9 de facto o mesmo produto! Mas o pre\u00e7o \u00e9 bastante elevado e n\u00e3o notar\u00e1 a diferen\u00e7a se o substituir por parmes\u00e3o acabado de ralar&nbsp;. Por vezes n\u00e3o tenho coragem para ralar queijo parmes\u00e3o, por isso uso desavergonhadamente p\u00f3 parmes\u00e3o.  <\/div>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none; clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nEm resumo, os p\u00e3es de queijo&nbsp;(&#8220;p\u00e3es&nbsp;de queijo&#8221; no plural) s\u00e3o deliciosos e f\u00e1ceis de fazer, \u00e9 preciso com\u00ea-los 5 minutos depois de sa\u00edrem do forno, depois t\u00eam uma textura ligeiramente crocante no topo e um cora\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;extra macio (gra\u00e7as \u00e0 farinha de tapioca!!!). Todos os que o experimentaram em minha casa tornaram-se f\u00e3s! Misturar bem e adicionar os ovos. Misturar novamente, \u00e0 m\u00e3o \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil do que com uma colher. Com uma Kitchenaid \u00e9 ainda mais f\u00e1cil! A massa ser\u00e1 pegajosa, isto \u00e9 normal. Desta forma, a massa secar\u00e1 na superf\u00edcie, e quando cozer, ter\u00e1 rolos com uma crosta mais espessa!
