O \u00fanico problema? \u00c9 muito f\u00e1cil n\u00e3o ver esta tarte! Eu sei algo sobre isso!&nbsp;Todos os testes eram bons, mas eu queria um visual quase perfeito&#8230; Tentei quase 10 vers\u00f5es antes de chegar a esta. Havia sempre sumo depois de cozinhado, ou demasiado leve um caramelo, ou demasiado doce uma tarte, ou ma\u00e7\u00e3s demasiado cozidas no fundo e quase n\u00e3o cozinhadas no topo. J\u00e1 resolvi todos estes problemas e agora estou a oferecer-vos a minha vers\u00e3o! Para mim, esta \u00e9 a \u00fanica forma de os suavizar e de poder utilizar mais. A principal raz\u00e3o para isto \u00e9 que cozinhando as ma\u00e7\u00e3s numa panela separada, as ma\u00e7\u00e3s dificilmente libertar\u00e3o qualquer sumo quando cozidas.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nTamb\u00e9m fa\u00e7o um caramelo que ponho no fundo do molde, mas n\u00e3o o fa\u00e7o no molde&#8230; Encontrar\u00e1 abaixo a raz\u00e3o para esta escolha&#8230;&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nReceita para a tarte tatin (para uma tarte de 21cm):<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">200g de <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/10\/la-pate-feuilletee.html\">massa folhada<\/a>&nbsp;(clique para receita) ou massa de massa quebrada<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-uma d\u00fazia de ma\u00e7\u00e3s (ma\u00e7\u00e3s de gala ou ma\u00e7\u00e3s para cozinhar)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-120g de a\u00e7\u00facar<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"\">-90g de manteiga<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Preparar as ma\u00e7\u00e3s. Mas tem de permanecer presente! &nbsp;As ma\u00e7\u00e3s devem ser tenras e&nbsp;ligeiramente caramelizadas. Porque pulverizo o molde que estou a usar para fazer a tarte com um removedor de gorduras (que uso em canel\u00e9s).
