Prometi-vos, depois da receita dos<a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/05\/les-speculoos-fins.html\">&#8220;especulos finos<\/a>&#8220;, a receita dos especulos moldados, por isso aqui est\u00e1 uma desculpa, especialmente porque o meu irm\u00e3o se chama Nicolas e foi ele que me inscreveu para os &#8220;Pr\u00e9mios Golden Blog&#8221; que eu ganhei&#8230;! Ent\u00e3o feliz anivers\u00e1rio Nicolas! Como sempre quis seguir a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 ao fim, encontrei o escultor dos moldes Dandoy em Bruxelas e encomendei este magn\u00edfico molde para fazer esta deliciosa receita para si!  <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Nota importante:<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Para a minha receita de mistura de especiarias, utilizo dosagens de colher americana. S\u00e3o f\u00e1ceis de utilizar e oferecem uma vasta gama de quantidades, desde colheres de sopa a 1\/8 colher de ch\u00e1. Acima de tudo, permitem reproduzir uma mistura na perfei\u00e7\u00e3o, sem o fazer &#8220;au pif&#8221;! Encho sempre as colheres at\u00e9 \u00e0 borda.<\/b> <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nA origem etimol\u00f3gica do nome desta bolacha \u00e9 controversa.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSegundo alguns, &#8220;Speculoos&#8221; vem do latim &#8220;species&#8221; que significa especiarias ou &#8220;speculum&#8221; que significa espelho. Diz-se que os especuladores s\u00e3o uma imagem, o &#8220;reflexo num espelho&#8221; de uma pessoa. Outros sugerem a palavra &#8220;especulador&#8221;, que significa bispo. Este seria ent\u00e3o S\u00e3o Nicolau, que \u00e9 celebrado a 6 de Dezembro comendo bolos sob a forma de temas: burro, santo, flores, etc. Finalmente, um bolo holand\u00eas feito no s\u00e9culo XVII com especiarias ex\u00f3ticas da \u00cdndia e \u00c1frica, chamado &#8220;Speculaas&#8221;, poderia tamb\u00e9m ser a origem de Specula. O nome &#8216;Speculas&#8217; ainda \u00e9 utilizado em Inglaterra, Holanda e, em certa medida, na B\u00e9lgica.
