Coloco o meu cobertor numa panela grande, para que, quando deitar o creme, o ganache arrefe\u00e7a na panela grande. Isto resulta numa camada fina de ganache que arrefece mais rapidamente. Os profissionais utilizam um candiss\u00e1rio mas a minha t\u00e9cnica funciona muito bem.<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i>Cortar finamente as nozes. N\u00e3o com um liquidificador mas com uma faca.
