Talvez esteja familiarizado com os P\u00e3ezinhos de Porco de Pequim, aqui est\u00e1 a minha vers\u00e3o que tive em mente durante algum tempo! Ter\u00e1 de come\u00e7ar por preparar a carne de porco &#8220;char siu&#8221;, mas eu dou a receita aqui! Estes p\u00e3ezinhos (eu fiz pequenos) podem ser comidos infinitamente!  <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">Receita para cerca de vinte pequenos &#8220;p\u00e3ezinhos de porco lacados&#8221; (tamb\u00e9m se podem fazer p\u00e3ezinhos maiores!):<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Para a massa:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pacote de levedura de panifica\u00e7\u00e3o seca<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-160ml de \u00e1gua quente<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60g de a\u00e7\u00facar de confeiteiro<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-280g de farinha<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-100g de amido de trigo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30g de banha de porco<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de ch\u00e1 de fermento em p\u00f3<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Porco&nbsp;Char Siu:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-400g de lombo de porco desossado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de xarope de maltose (ou xarope de glucose em G Detou)  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de mel<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de molho Hoisin (pronuncia-se &#8220;o\u00efe zine&#8221;, dispon\u00edvel em Tang fr\u00e8res)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30g de molho de soja transparente<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-15g de Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, o \u00e1lcool de rosas (54\u00b0!)  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de cinco especiarias chinesas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de \u00f3leo de gergelim tostado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3\/4 colher de ch\u00e1 de corante vermelho  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 boas pitadas de bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pitada de glutamato<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Preenchimento do&nbsp; brioche:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">&#8211; toda a carne cozinhada em molho &#8220;char siu<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de ch\u00e1 de molho de hoisin<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de ch\u00e1 de molho de ostra<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de amido de milho<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-5 a 6 colheres de sopa de molho &#8220;char siu&#8221; cozinhado com a carne<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/4 colher de ch\u00e1 de \u00f3leo de s\u00e9samo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cebolas chinesas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-6 gotas de corante vermelho<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 pequenas pitadas de bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\n<i>Comece por preparar a carne de porco &#8220;char siu&#8221; como indicado na receita, clicando <\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/03\/le-porc-rouge-char-siu.html\"><br \/>\n  <i>aqui<\/i><br \/>\n<\/a><i>!
