Como de costume, testei uma s\u00e9rie de receitas de crumpet para finalmente chegar a esta que parece quase perfeita. Estes s\u00e3o os mesmos c\u00edrculos utilizados para fazer ovos fritos. S\u00e3o anti-aderentes. Podem ser feitas numa frigideira com um calor moderado.&nbsp; <b>Os c\u00edrculos devem ser lubrificados com o spray de gordura, mesmo que n\u00e3o sejam pegajosos! <\/b> <\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><i>Deu-me uma desculpa para cozinhar no exterior ao sol! Coloco o bilig a 230\u00b0C. Colocar os an\u00e9is de crumpet em&nbsp; o bilig ou panela. Quando o bilig ou a panela estiver \u00e0 temperatura, deitar uma concha cheia de massa nos c\u00edrculos. Para fazer buracos nos crumpets, descobri que quando a superf\u00edcie est\u00e1 quase cozida, rebentam-se as bolhas levantando o crumpet e sacudindo-o na vertical. As bolhas rebentam depois e deixam buracos! Uma vez cozidas as bordas, a carne pode ser retirada da panela. Isto deixa espa\u00e7o para mais crumpets.
