Encontr\u00e1mos ali uma padaria artesanal que oferece &#8220;daifuku mochi&#8221; artesanal. Mas numa pequena caixa, havia pequenos p\u00e3es curtos feitos com farinha de Kinako, uma farinha de soja assada muito saborosa. Bolinhos crocantes e de forma irregular que acrescentavam um aspecto particularmente estranho ao seu sabor \u00fanico. N\u00e3o \u00e9 claro se podem ser comidos, pois parecem pequenos peda\u00e7os de madeira polidos pelas \u00e1guas. \u00c9 claro que tentei fazer uma nova receita em casa e este \u00e9 o resultado. Claro que o vejo chegar: para encontrar farinha de kinako, tem de ir a uma mercearia japonesa ou \u00e0 Internet! Estes p\u00e3es curtos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o muito doces.
