\nO Mu\u00ebsli do m\u00e9dico su\u00ed\u00e7o Maximilian Bircher, composto no in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo XX, era uma receita muito simples e sobretudo muito saud\u00e1vel: ma\u00e7\u00e3s raladas, sumo de lim\u00e3o, papas de aveia e um pouco de am\u00eandoas ou avel\u00e3s. Isto \u00e9 tudo. Ao longo dos anos, a receita evoluiu realmente e encontra-se agora em quase todo o mundo em todos os hot\u00e9is para o pequeno-almo\u00e7o. Esta \u00e9 a vers\u00e3o moderna que proponho hoje: mais rica, mais cremosa e mais suave, com muita fruta seca e fresca e um toque de mel… Um verdadeiro deleite para preparar a noite anterior para o pequeno-almo\u00e7o ou brunch, por exemplo! Como habitualmente utilizei o meu m\u00e9todo: fa\u00e7o tudo “au pif”, reajusto \u00e0 medida que vou avan\u00e7ando de acordo com o gosto e textura que quero obter, obviamente anotando tudo cuidadosamente. Portanto, esta \u00e9 a minha receita que vos estou a dar, a que condensa o que tenho podido apreciar em todo o mundo em diferentes lugares. \n-60g de aveia enrolada (usei aveia quaker)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\n-100g de ma\u00e7\u00e3 (meia ma\u00e7\u00e3) <\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\n-5g de sumo de lim\u00e3o (uma boa colher de ch\u00e1)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\n-425g de iogurte grego simples <\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\n-60g de mel<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\n-40g de sementes de ab\u00f3bora<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-70g sultanas<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-40g de nozes pecan<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-40g de am\u00eandoas inteiras <\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-85g de leite+ 25 antes de servir<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-uma boa pitada de canela<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
