Foi uma primeira tentativa e finalmente desfrut\u00e1mos dela com a nossa fam\u00edlia. No in\u00edcio achei-o demasiado baixo em a\u00e7\u00facar, o que na realidade n\u00e3o era t\u00e3o mau para a minha m\u00e3e diab\u00e9tica. E ap\u00f3s a segunda fatia, as opini\u00f5es foram un\u00e2nimes: uma vez habituado ao seu teor de a\u00e7\u00facar muito leve, arejado e baixo, este bolo era perfeito para um dia quente e ensolarado. Por isso, vou public\u00e1-lo hoje. Eu n\u00e3o mudei nada: n\u00e3o adicionei a\u00e7\u00facar e \u00e9 isso que o torna diferente. Para o creme chiboust, normalmente adicionamos um merengue italiano de alto a\u00e7\u00facar, mas aqui utilizei um merengue franc\u00eas de muito baixo a\u00e7\u00facar. Neste momento deve ter reparado que estou a preparar muitas receitas de sobremesas: a raz\u00e3o?
