Atirei-me para a cozinha para fazer choux com um creme de pastelaria de caramelo da minha autoria, de acordo com a inspira\u00e7\u00e3o do momento. V\u00eaem-se hoje em dia estas belas couves em todo o lado e eu tinha muitos pedidos para colocar uma receita para elas. No final, s\u00e3o apenas choux cl\u00e1ssicos, mas cobertos com um pastel que os mant\u00e9m a assar e faz com que o choux seja realmente perfeito. Esta \u00e9 uma diferen\u00e7a bastante dram\u00e1tica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 couve de cultura livre. E n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada de dif\u00edcil nisso. Basta ser o mais regular poss\u00edvel na ca\u00e7a furtiva do choux (que n\u00e3o \u00e9 problema para os que est\u00e3o habituados aos macarr\u00f5es) e colocar um pequeno disco de pastelaria do mesmo di\u00e2metro. \u00c9 isso mesmo! Acabo de regressar da Bretanha, por isso pus muita manteiga salgada por todo o lado e est\u00e1 a transbordar de caramelo para o meu maior prazer!
