Estes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o gnocchi verdadeiros, mas sim bolinhos feitos de beringela assada, queijo ricotta, queijo parmes\u00e3o e pequenos cubos de beringela frita. Sentam-se quentes numa cama de creme de gergelim, com p\u00e9talas de tomate quentes, folhas de manjeric\u00e3o frescas e um chuvisco de azeite.  &nbsp;Tudo isto \u00e9 uma esp\u00e9cie de receita milagrosa, que toma forma quando todos os ingredientes s\u00e3o colocados juntos. O gnocchi derrete na boca, e as texturas s\u00e3o suaves e sedosas e&nbsp;refinadas. Comi este prato no restaurante AK em S\u00e3o Paulo. Este prato \u00e9 a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da chef Andrea Kaufmann (da\u00ed as iniciais), mas ela fechou o seu restaurante e abriu outro num bairro diferente.
