Um peito de pato delicioso, perfeitamente cozido, com fatias de manga cozida na gordura do pato. Tudo \u00e9 coberto com um molho caramelizado de vinagre bals\u00e2mico, mel e flamb\u00e9 Grand Marnier. Uma pequena j\u00f3ia de que os convidados gostam sempre! Sugiro um m\u00e9todo para pr\u00e9-cozinhar o peito de pato antes do jantar (\u00e0 tarde) e evitar o cheiro de gordura durante a refei\u00e7\u00e3o. O resultado \u00e9 fant\u00e1stico e o pato fica t\u00e3o cor-de-rosa quanto se quiser.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Por uma vez numa receita, utilizo um produto Picard! Eu compro as suas mangas, porque s\u00e3o muito boas e convenientes de usar.
