Sem enchimento s\u00e3o chamados &#8220;maareks&#8221; e com enchimento s\u00e3o chamados &#8220;m&#8217;hadjebs&#8221;. Na maioria das vezes, os m&#8217;hadjebs s\u00e3o recheados com tomate e cebolas cozidas em azeite, mas tamb\u00e9m podem ser doces. Aqui apresento-vos a t\u00e9cnica b\u00e1sica com o famoso enchimento de m&#8217;hadjebs.
